We are able to offer assistance on TVA and TDEC permitting during the new dock purchase process. We are well versed in the rules and requirements enforced by the two departments.
If you are not building a dock with us, we offer these services at a $1000 fee paid to Lifetime Docks.
You are also able to complete the TVA and TDEC permitting independently, by visiting their website at www.tva.com and www.tn.gov/environment.
New dock permitting is a $500 fee paid to TVA.
Revisions/Additions for existing dock permitting is a $250 fee paid to TVA.
Each TDEC permit is a $50 fee paid to TDEC.
